These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between wwin ("wwin," "we," "our," or "the Company") and any individual ("you," "the Player," or "the User") who registers an account on, accesses, browses, or otherwise uses the wwin platform located at wwin.asia and any associated mobile applications or services.

By completing the registration process on wwin, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the wwin platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with wwin's Privacy Policy and any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions published on the platform.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules governing particular games offered on wwin. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rules expressly state otherwise.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on wwin, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence;
• You are accessing wwin from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee, or nominee of any third party;
• You are not a current employee of wwin or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such an employee;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from wwin or had an account permanently closed for violation of these Terms.

wwin reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, or residence at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

To access the full range of wwin services, you must complete the account registration process. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and you agree to update such information promptly if it changes.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on wwin. Only one account is permitted per person, household, residential address, IP address, email address, telephone number, payment method, and device. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under different names — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances across all related accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wwin login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords or two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. wwin will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

You must provide your real name, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address when registering. wwin uses the mobile number provided during registration as the primary contact for security communications, including OTP delivery. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund of deposits where fraud is evidenced.

wwin is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request above the basic threshold can be processed. We strongly recommend completing KYC verification immediately after registration to avoid any delays when you wish to withdraw winnings.

Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents for KYC purposes include, but are not limited to: UMID, Driver's License, Philippine Passport, PhilSys National ID, SSS ID, PRC License, and Voter's ID. Where additional verification is required, wwin may request proof of address, source of funds documentation, or other supporting materials.

Documents submitted for KYC are handled in accordance with wwin's Privacy Policy. wwin employs appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect submitted documents from unauthorized access or disclosure. All submitted documents are used solely for identity verification and regulatory compliance purposes.

wwin accepts deposits via the payment methods published on the platform from time to time, which currently include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet channels. Deposits are credited to your wwin account in Philippine Peso (PHP) at the prevailing rate where currency conversion is applicable. wwin does not charge a fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those of family members — are not permitted. wwin reserves the right to request evidence that the deposit source belongs to the registered account holder before processing withdrawals.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) the absence of any open bonus wagering requirement that restricts withdrawal; and (c) your account being in good standing with no active investigation or hold. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where the method supports withdrawal. GCash and Maya withdrawals targeting KYC-verified accounts are processed within five (5) minutes in standard conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day.

wwin reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing withdrawal requests of unusual size or where circumstances suggest irregular activity. Any funds identified as the proceeds of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or chargebacks may be withheld pending investigation.

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal on any deposit made to wwin is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any player who initiates a chargeback will have their account immediately suspended and the disputed amount will be subject to recovery through all available legal means. wwin reserves the right to offset any chargeback amount against any pending withdrawal from the same account.

wwin may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be processed. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, maximum bet per spin while a bonus is active, and time limit for completion are specified within each offer.

wwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for recreational players and may not be available to players who are self-excluded or under account review. Employees of wwin and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in player promotions.

All games offered on wwin — including slots, live dealer table games, bingo, dice, and specialty titles — are governed by the rules published within each individual game. Game outcomes for all software-based games are determined by certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") systems operated by the respective game providers. wwin does not have the ability to alter, influence, or predetermine the outcome of any game.

In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during gameplay, wwin's standard policy is to honour bets placed prior to the technical failure, where this is technically determinable from server-side logs. Where outcomes cannot be verified, the relevant bet amount will be returned to the Player's account balance. Technical errors that result in incorrectly displayed game outcomes do not entitle a Player to winnings that would not have been generated by the underlying game engine.

wwin reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings where: (a) a game or game feature was made available in error; (b) a published RTP, paytable, or odds value was materially incorrect due to a configuration error; or (c) a game was exploited through collusion, software manipulation, or other means constituting unfair advantage. In such cases, affected Players will be notified and deposits will be returned where the error is attributable to wwin.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on wwin and constitute material breaches of these Terms that may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one wwin account under any name or identity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to interact with any wwin game or service;
• Exploiting software bugs, game malfunctions, or RNG weaknesses to obtain unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players or wwin employees in any game where such collusion provides unfair advantage;
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes against wwin;
• Using the wwin platform for money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Accessing wwin from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Allowing or facilitating the use of your account by any third party, including family members;
• Engaging in any form of systematic bonus abuse designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered wwin players through the account settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount deposited into their wwin account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before they take effect.
• Session Time Reminders: An automated notification displayed when a Player's continuous session reaches the duration they have pre-set.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications showing elapsed session time and net win/loss figures at Player-configured intervals.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, which cannot be shortened once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent or extended suspension of account access for a minimum of six (6) months. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon receipt and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

wwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or illegal conduct;
• Provision of false or misleading registration or KYC information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified;
• Suspected underage gambling;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months (dormant account policy);
• At the Player's own request (voluntary closure).

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, wwin reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where closure is at the Player's voluntary request and no breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet fully wagered) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within ten (10) business days.

Dormant accounts — defined as accounts showing no login activity for twelve (12) or more consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity fee as published in the platform fee schedule, to the extent permitted by applicable law. wwin will notify the Player via registered email before applying any inactivity fee.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wwin's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the wwin platform — whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their wwin account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wwin shall not be liable for any: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (b) loss of data; (c) indirect, special, or consequential damages; or (d) damages arising from events beyond wwin's reasonable control, including internet service disruptions, third-party payment system failures, force majeure events, or regulatory changes.

wwin does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious code, though wwin takes reasonable technical precautions to maintain platform availability and security. Players access and use the wwin platform at their own risk.

All intellectual property rights in and to the wwin platform, including but not limited to software, source code, trade marks, service marks, logos, graphics, user interface design, game content, and all other proprietary materials, are owned by or licensed to wwin. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the wwin intellectual property other than a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any wwin intellectual property without wwin's prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of wwin intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and applicable intellectual property laws.

wwin collects, processes, and stores personal data about Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on wwin and accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

wwin processes personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, marketing communications (where consent has been given), and regulatory reporting obligations. Personal data is not sold to third parties for commercial purposes.

Players have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection law. Requests should be directed to wwin's data protection contact at [email protected].

wwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, wwin will provide Players with advance notice via email to their registered address and/or a prominent notice on the wwin platform. The effective date of any revised Terms will be clearly published at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the wwin platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should cease use of the platform and request account closure in accordance with Clause 10. wwin recommends that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the wwin platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, wwin encourages Players to contact the wwin customer support team to attempt to resolve disputes informally. wwin commits to reviewing all written complaints submitted via [email protected] within five (5) business days and providing a substantive written response within fifteen (15) business days.
